When you register with Aetna Navigator, you can go online to take care of personal benefits business, get up-to-date health and wellness information, and much more.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Your own home page with:
- Personalized benefits information
- A list of covered family members
- A link to DocFind, the online provider directory (in English or Spanish)
Self-service features that let you:
- Check on your claims, find out about payments and view Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
- Request a replacement ID card, print a claim form or make changes to personal information such as e-mail and mailing address.
- Send secure e-mail to Member Services for answers to your benefits questions.
Consumer tools such as:
- Aetna SmartSourceSM, which gives you the estimated average cost in your region of surgical procedures, office visits, diagnostic tests, and diseases and conditions.
- Hospital comparison tool to compare health care facilities in your area before being admitted for a procedure.
- Healthwise® Knowledgebase for information on thousands of health-related topics to help you make better decisions about your health care and treatment options.
